Frameworkx Add/Remove IE to desktop , aka FxDeskie, lets you to enable the Internet Explorer icon on Windows Vista Desktop. It's common knowledge by now that Microsoft have removed IE from the list of Desktop Icons on Vista RTM.
The only way now is to Create a regular shortcut on the desktop. So we have just written Frameworkx Deskie (Desktop IE) to do that.
